摘　　要：目的:探讨使用苯磺酸瑞马唑仑对进行无痛胃肠镜检查的肥胖患者实施麻醉的临床效果。方法:选取2019年3月至2020年3月期间在昆明市中医医院进行无痛胃肠镜检查的78例肥胖患者作为研究对象。随机将这些患者分为对照组和观察组。为对照组患者使用丙泊酚进行麻醉,为观察组患者使用苯磺酸瑞马唑仑进行麻醉。然后观察两组患者麻醉起效的时间、检查结束至苏醒的时间、Ramsay镇静评分标准的评分、心率及发生不良反应的情况。结果:麻醉后,观察组患者麻醉起效的时间及检查结束至苏醒的时间均短于对照组患者,其Ramsay镇静评分标准的评分及心率均高于对照组患者,P<0.05。麻醉苏醒后,两组患者不良反应的发生率相比,P>0.05。结论:使用苯磺酸瑞马唑仑对进行无痛胃肠镜检查的肥胖患者实施麻醉的起效速度及其术后苏醒的速度均较快,镇静的效果好,其心率不会受到较大的影响,且安全性较高。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of remazolam benzenesulfonate on anesthesia in obese patients undergoing painless gastroenteroscopy.Methods:Seventy-eight obese patients who underwent painless gastroenteroscopy in Kunming Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2019 to March 2020 were selected as the study subjects.These patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group.Patients in the control group were anesthetized with propofol,and patients in the observation group were anesthetized with remazolam benzenesulfonate.Then,the onset time of anesthesia,the time from the end of examination to the time of awakening,the score of Ramsay sedation scale,heart rate and the occurrence of adverse reactions were observed.Results:After anesthesia,the onset time of anesthesia and the time from the end of examination to awakening of patients in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the scores of Ramsay sedation score and heart rate were higher than those in the control group,P<0.05.After anesthesia,the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups was compared,P>0.05.Conclusion:Remazolam benzenesulfonate has a faster onset of anesthesia and postoperative recovery in obese patients undergoing painless gastroenteroscopy,and has a good sedation effect.The heart rate will not be greatly affected,and the safety is high.
