摘　　要：三叉神经痛是临床上常见的神经系统疾病。近年来针灸疗法因具有疗效显著、操作简单、安全性高等优点,逐渐成为三叉神经痛的主要治疗手段之一。本文介绍用浮针配合常规针刺疗法治疗顽固性三叉神经痛验案1则,探讨其治疗机制,以期为临床上治疗此病提供参考。Trigeminal neuralgia is a common neurological disease in clinical practice.In recent years,acupuncture has gradually become one of the main treatment methods for trigeminal neuralgia because of its obvious curative effect,simple operation and high safety.This article introduces a case of intractable trigeminal neuralgia treated by floating needle combined with conventional acupuncture therapy,and discusses its therapeutic mechanism,in order to provide reference for clinical treatment of this disease.
