大学医学英语专业教育教学管理探究

摘　　要：大学医学英语专业不仅需要学生具备熟练的英语语言应用技能、扎实的英语语言基础,还需要学生具备一定的创新精神以及沟通能力,才能在医疗卫生领域从事对外交流工作。该门学科对我国医疗水平的提高具有至关重要的作用。医学英语具有很强的专业性,不像普通公共英语在字、词、句、语法、修辞等上下功夫,医学英语需要用词专业,数据准确、专业概念清晰,表达直接无误。以往死板的教学模式并不适用于该学科,因而需要根据实际情况对其进行改革,以提高质量。本文主要就目前大学医学英语专业培养的现状、医学院校人才培养模式、医学英语教学方法存在的问题等进行调查、了解并探讨医学院校在知识传授、技能训练和素质养成诸方面对该专业学生的影响,探究培养方案对医院专业医学英语教学有益。College Medical English majors not only need students to have skilled English language application skills and solid English language foundation,but also need students to have a certain spirit of innovation and communication skills in order to engage in foreign exchange in the field of medical and health care.This discipline plays a vital role in improving the medical level in China.Medical English is highly professional.Unlike ordinary public English,which works hard on words,words,sentences,grammar and rhetoric,medical English needs professional words,accurate data,clear professional concepts and direct expression.The previous rigid teaching model is not suitable for this subject,so it needs to be reformed according to the actual situation in order to improve the quality.This paper mainly investigates,understands and discusses the influence of medical colleges on the students of medical English major in terms of knowledge teaching,skill training and quality cultivation,and explores the training scheme,which is beneficial to the teaching of medical English major in hospitals.
