摘 要:白洋淀是大清河流域重要枢纽工程,基于雄安新区建设对大清河流域防洪提出更高的要求,大清河流域水工程联合防洪调度研究显得尤为重要。本文以白洋淀最高水位最小作为联合防洪调度目标,建立联合防洪调度模型并进行求解。在保证水库工程安全的前提下,进行了不同洪水条件下的联合防洪调度研究,通过优化调度,可保证在遭遇百年一遇洪水不开启文安洼蓄滞洪区;在一定程度上降低了白洋淀最高水位,可有效减轻了堤防和白洋淀防洪压力,为保障雄安新区防洪安全提供支撑。The Baiyangdian Lake is the most import project in the Daqing river basin.It becomes more import to research into the joint flood control operation of the flood control projects system based on fact that the construction of Xiong’an New Area requires a higher flood control standard in the Daqing river basin.The paper established the joint flood control operation model and solved the model,which took the minimum of the highest Baiyangdian Lake water level as the objective of joint flood control operation.We researched the joint flood control operation under different flood conditions on the premise of ensuring the reservoir project safety.It could ensure that Wenanwa flood storage and detention area would not be opened in the event of a 100-year flood by optimal operation.It could reduce the maximum water level of the Baiyangdian Lake to a certain extent by optimal operation,which decreased the flood control pressure of the Baiyangdian Lake and embankments effectively,and provided technical support for flood control safety of the Xiong’an New Area.
