摘 要:将轴部直径为50和70 mm的40Cr钢转向节加热至860℃保温120 min水淬。检测了不同轴径的转向节淬火后的显微组织和硬度。结果表明:轴径为50 mm的转向节从表面到心部的组织主要为马氏体,而轴径为70 mm的转向节表面为马氏体,芯部为珠光体+少量铁素体。轴径为50 mm的转向节被淬透,从表面至15 mm深处的平均硬度为54 HRC;而轴径为70 mm的转向节未被淬透,从表面至15 mm深处的平均硬度为50 HRC。40Cr steel steering knuckles with shaft 50 and 70 mm in diameter were heated to 860 ℃ and helded at temperature for 120 min,and quenched in water.After this,the steering knuckles were subjected to microstructure survey and hardness measurements.The results showed that(a) the microstructure from surface to core in the steering knuckle with a 50-mm-diam shaft was predominantly martensite,whereas the steering knuckle with a 70-mm-diam shaft exhibited martensite at surface and pearlite and a small amount of ferrite in core;and(b) the steering knuckle with a 50-mm-diam shaft was throughout hardened,and had average hardness of 54 HRC from surface to a depth of 15 mm,whereas the steering knuckle with a 70-mm-diam shaft was not throughout hardened,and had average hardness of 50 HRC from surface to a depth of 15 mm.
