摘 要:汽车板的锆化处理是涂装前进行的无磷预处理工序。某汽车厂冷轧钢板锆化处理后表面有目视难以发现、用硝酸酒精溶液擦拭得以显现的条纹状缺陷。研究了该缺陷的实质和形成原因。结果表明:该缺陷产生的根源是带钢热轧过程中被压入的氧化铁皮。通过优化热轧除鳞工艺,已使冷轧钢板表面条纹状缺陷的发生率从3.5%降低到了0.1%以下。Zirconate treating of automobile steel sheet is a phosphor-free pretreating process that precedes the painting.In an automobile factory,streak defects,which was invisible to the naked eye but would be revealed by wiping with nitric acid ethyl alcohol,appeared on the cold-rolled steel sheet surface.The nature and the reason for formation of streak defect were investigated.The results indicated that the streak defect was caused by the iron oxide scale pressed into the strip during hot-rolling.The occurrence rate of the streak defect on the cold-rolled steel sheet surface has been decreased from 3.5% to less than 0.1% through optimizing descaling process of hot-rolling.
