摘  要:采用光学显微镜、扫描电子显微镜、动电位极化法以及慢应变速率拉伸试验,研究了950和1 100℃固溶处理对节镍型LDX2101以及00Cr22Ni5Mo3N(SAF2205)双相不锈钢中析出相、点蚀和应力腐蚀开裂行为的影响。结果表明:950℃固溶处理使两种钢的微观组织均匀性变差,尤其是2205双相不锈钢中σ相的析出使其耐点蚀及应力腐蚀性能明显下降,耐点蚀性能甚至劣于点蚀当量(PREN)较小的LDX2101双相不锈钢;1 100℃固溶处理对两种钢的点蚀和应力腐蚀开裂的行为影响较小,但钢的塑性略有提高。Influence of solution treatment at 950 and 1 100 ℃ on precipitates,pitting corrosion and stress corrosion cracking(SCC) behavior of nickel-saving LDX2101 and 00Cr22Ni5Mo3N(SAF2205) duplex stainless steels(DSS) was studied by means of optical microscope,scanning electron microscope,potentiodynamic polarization method and slow strain rate tensile test(SSRT).The results showed that(a) after solution treating at 950 ℃,the microstructure uniformity of the two steels became worse,especially the σ phase precipitated in the 2205 DSS obviously reduced its resistance to pitting corrosion and SCC,and its pitting corrosion was even inferior to that of LDX2101 DSS with smaller pitting resistance equivalent number(PREN);and(b)the solution treatment at 1 100 ℃ had less effect on the pitting corrosion and SCC behavior of the two steels,but the plasticity of the steels was slightly improved.
