摘　　要：采用文献资料等科学研究方法,针对新常态高校教师体育参与供给侧管理与服务供给不足两大问题,剖析成因,寻求对策。提出了新常态下高校教师的体育和生命教育的新思路和新做法。Using scientific research methods such as literature analysis,analyzed the causes and seeked countermeasures for the university teachers’PE participation in supply-side management and the service supply shortage,as well as the other work to be improved urgently in the new normal status.Put forward new ideas and new practices to the PE education in higher education and life education of Chinese university teachers in the new normal status.
