摘 要:为了研究干旱胁迫下四照花属植物的抗旱能力,试验选取东亚四照花类群的4种四照花(中国四照花、东京四照花、香港四照花和头状四照花)为试验材料,对其在干旱胁迫过程中生理生化指标进行分析。结果发现:4种四照花随着干旱程度的增强,叶片SOD活性系数均呈现先上升后下降的变化,最大值较多出现在叶片开始进入凋落时期(胁迫处理后7 d);在叶片出现脱落及叶片枯黄时,4种四照花根系活力的活性系数上升至最高(胁迫处理后21 d),到出现叶片严重脱落及严重枯黄时,根系活力的活性系数迅速下降(胁迫处理后28 d);随着干旱程度的增强,叶片中叶绿素的含量逐渐降低,叶片中MDA含量的变化趋势则相反。运用隶属函数对4种四照花抗旱能力的综合评价可知,其抗旱性由高到低排序为中国四照花>头状四照花>东京四照花>香港四照花。In order to study the drought resistance of 4 dogwoods from East Asia taxa,Dendrobenthamia japonica var chinensis,D.tonkinensis,D.hongkongensis and D.capitata were selected to learn their physiological change in the process of drought stress.The results showed that with the severity of drought degree,the SOD activity coefficients of leaves of 4 species all rose first,and then declined,and the maximum value appeared at the beginning of leaf falling(7 d after drought treatment).With the leaves′yellowing and then withering away,the activity coefficients of root activity of the four species rose until (21 d after treatment),but dropped rapidly till 28 d after treatment,with the leaves withering seriously and falling.In the process of drought stress,the chlorophyll content in their leaves gradually decreased,but with MDA content,the opposite was the case.According to the comprehensive evaluation of their drought resistance,the order from high to low was found as follows,D.japonica var chinensis,D.capitata,D.tonkinensis,D.hongkongensis.
