摘 要:烟气脱硫吸收塔中的石灰石浆液和氧化空气都由吸收塔(absorber feed tank,AFT)氧化风机房供给。针对贵州织金某脱硫系统AFT工业厂房实际工程抗震设计需求,分析复合抗扭刚度对结构抗震性能的影响,对该混凝土厂房进行了结构监测与有限元分析。基于数值模型比较了钢筋劣化混凝土覆盖层脱落前后的弯矩曲率以及位移时程,分析了复合抗扭刚度退化对结构抗震性能以及塑性率的影响,结果表明混凝土柱损伤后,复合抗扭刚度明显退化,结构的加速度峰值降低13%,残余位移增大19%,最大反应塑性率在620 cm/s^(2)地震波作用下增大57%,抗震性能显著降低。这是由于结构长期振动造成了AFT塔的结构损伤,加之混凝土劣化以及钢筋锈蚀的不可避免,因此结构设计中必须考虑到结构复合抗扭刚度的退化。此研究为发展工业建筑物的抗震性能评价方法奠定了基础。Limestone slurry and oxidation air in flue gas desulfurization absorber are supplied by absorber feed tank oxidation fan room.According to the seismic design requirements of an AFT industrial plant of desulfurization system,the influence of composite torsional stiffness on the seismic performance of the structure was analyzed,and the structural monitoring and finite element analysis of the concrete plant were carried out.By taking into account the deterioration of reinforcement,the moment curvature and displacement time history before and after the falling off of concrete cover were compared,and the influence of the degradation of composite torsional stiffness on the seismic performance and plasticity of the structure was analyzed on the basis of the numerical simulation calculation,The results show that when the concrete column is damaged,the composite torsion stiffness is obviously degraded,the peak acceleration of the structure is reduced by 13%,the residual displacement is increased by 19%,the maximum response plasticity is increased by 57%under the action of 620 gal seismic wave,and the seismic performance decreases significantly.These results are because the long-term vibration of the structure causes the structural damage of AFT tower and the deterioration of concrete.Therefore,the degradation of structural composite torsional stiffness must be considered in the structural design.
