摘 要:为满足武器装备野外作业用电设备要求,根据车载发电机技术指标和电磁设计要求,对定子每极每相槽数以及转子冲片形状及转子结构进行了分析和设计.通过不同的每极每相槽数分析对比,利用较大的每极每相槽数能削弱磁势谐波;结合采用整体宽极弧偏心结构的转子冲片,改善发电机电压波形畸变率.测试结果表明,采用本文设计的发电机电压波形畸变率远优于GJB 235B-2020标准要求.In order to meet the requirements of electric equipment for field operation of weapons and equipment, this paper accords to the technical specifications and electromagnetic design requirements of vehicle-mounted generator to analyze and design the number of slots per phase per pole of stator, the shape of rotor blade, and the structure of rotor. And then, by analyzing and comparing the different number of slots per phase per pole, the paper employs the larger number of slots per phase per pole to weaken the magnetic potential harmonics. Finally,the voltage waveform distortion rate of generator is improved by combining with the rotor punch which adopts the whole wide pole arc eccentric structure. The test results show that the generator voltage waveform distortion rate designed in this paper is far superior to the requirements of GJB 235B-2020 standard.
