宁夏国家火炬特色产业基地发展现状及对策建议——基于2020年度全区火炬统计调查数据分析

摘　　要：近年来,特色产业基地作为产业升级的重要抓手、产业集聚的重要途径和新兴产业发展的重要载体,在优化工业空间布局、整合各类要素资源等方面取得了显著成效,但目前特色产业基地建设依旧存在企业规模小、科技人才短缺、创新能力不强等问题。为加强特色产业基地建设,充分发挥特色产业基地对宁夏优势特色产业的引领和带动作用,深入分析了宁夏火炬特色产业基地的发展现状,剖析了存在的关键问题,并提出了有针对性、具有可操作性的建议。In recent years,the characteristic industrial bases,as an important fulcrum of industrial upgrading,an important way for industrial agglomeration and an important carrier for the development of emerging industries,have achieved remarkable results in optimizing industrial space layout and integrating various elements and resources.However,at present,the construction of characteristic industrial bases has some problems,such as small enterprise scale,shortage of scientific and technological talents,weak innovation ability and so on.In order to strengthen the construction of characteristic industrial bases and give full play to the leading and driving role of characteristic industrial bases in Ningxia’s superior characteristic industries,this paper deeply analyzes the development status of Ningxia torch characteristic industrial bases,discusses the key problems,and puts forward some targeted and operable suggestions.
