摘　　要：分析了天津市宁河区人工影响天气工作的现状,针对宁河人工影响天气工作中存在的问题提出了健全作业人员保障,以及加强学习教育培训、财政保障力度、人工影响天气宣传、人影技术研发与应用5方面发展对策,以保障宁河人工影响天气工作的顺利开展。The current situation of artificial weather modification work in Ninghe District of Tianjin is analyzed,and five development countermeasures are put forward for the existing problems of artificial weather modification work in Ninghe,including perfecting staff guarantee,strengthening learning,education and training,strengthening financial guarantees,strengthening artificial weather modification propaganda,and strengthening the research and application of artificial weather modification technology,so as to ensure the smooth development of artificial weather modification work in Ninghe.
