摘 要:比叶面积(SLA)是重要的植物功能性状之一.为评估植物SLA常用测量方法的差异性、精确性与适用性,本文以ImageJ软件法和打孔称重法为例,分别计算39个物种1 468片叶片的SLA值,综合考虑不同方法对不同叶形和物种植物SLA测定结果的影响,并分析引起SLA差异的潜在原因.总体而言,2种方法对不同叶形植物SLA测定的影响不显著,但在不同物种SLA测定中产生显著差异,具体地:大多数物种采用ImageJ软件法得出的SLA显著低于打孔称重法(t=-26.242~4.314,P<0.05),野外常用的打孔称重法可能存在高估SLA的风险;通过2种方法测得SLA的变异系数(C;)来衡量其精确度,结果表明22个物种采用ImageJ软件法测量的精确度更高(ΔC;<0),8个物种采用打孔称重法测得SLA的精确度更高(ΔC;>0).因此,建议在野外调查中优先选用ImageJ软件法计算SLA,或考虑根据物种进行方法选择.Specific leaf area(SLA)is one of the most important plant functional traits.To evaluate the variability,precision and applicability of common measurement methods for SLA,the SLA value SLAof 1 468 leaves of 39 species were detected by ImageJ software method and disc method,respectively.The effects of species and leaf shape on the SLA derived from different measurement methods were considered comprehensively to analyze the potential causes of SLA differences.In general,the two methods had no significant effect on the SLA of different leaf-shaped plants,but showed significant differences in SLA of different species.Specifically,ImageJ software method yielded significantly lower SLA than disc method for most species(t=-26.242 to 4.314,P<0.05).The disc method may have the risk of overestimating SLA.Then,the precision of two measurement methods was measured by the coefficient of variation(C;).The results showed that the SLA obtained by ImageJ software method was more precise for 22 species than SLA measured by the disc method(ΔC;<0),the other 8species showed the opposite pattern(ΔC;>0).Therefore,this study suggests to choose the ImageJsoftware method for the SLA detection during field investigations,or to choose the suitable detection method with consideration of plant species.
