新增长理论视阈下粤北民族地区特色产业发展机制探索--以连南瑶医药产业为例

摘　　要：新增长理论将知识和技术作为经济增长的内生动力。新增长理论对粤北民族地区连南瑶族自治县医药产业的可持续发展有重要指导作用。可以从人才培养机制、技术创新机制、人才激励机制、多主体合作机制等方面构建连南瑶医药特色产业长效增长机制。The new economic growth theory regards knowledge and technology as the endogenous driving force of the economic growth.The new economic growth theory plays an important guiding role in the sustainable development of the pharmaceutical industry in Liannan Yao Autonomous County.The long-term growth mechanism of Liannan Yao pharmaceutical characteristic industry can be constructed from the aspects of talent training mechanism,technological innovation mechanism,talent incentive mechanism and multi-subject cooperation mechanism.
