摘  要:目的:考察大学生自伤行为的动态发展轨迹及性别效应,为大学生自伤行为的早期预防和干预提供依据。方法:对江苏省某高校2016级新生追踪4年进行问卷调查,得到有效数据5372份。使用中国大学生心理健康筛查量表(CSMHSS)的自伤行为量表进行追踪调查,采用潜变量混合增长模型(LGMM)进行数据分析。结果:单因素重复测量的方差分析结果显示,大学生自伤行为测量时间的主效应有统计学意义(F=83.57,P<0.001),大一阶段均分最高,大四阶段均分最低。LGMM结果显示,大学生自伤行为的发展轨迹可分为缓解组(91.3%)和恶化组(8.7%)2个类型。同时,大学生自伤行为的发展轨迹有性别效应,恶化组的男生偏多(OR=1.56,95%CI:1.12~2.17)。结论:大学生自伤行为具有群体异质性和性别效应,高校要根据不同类别采取不同的干预策略。Objective:To investigate the development trajectory and gender effect of college students’ self-injury behavior, so as to provide evidence for early prevention and intervention of college students’ self-injury behavior.Methods:A questionnaire survey of 2016 freshmen from a university in Jiangsu Province was conducted for 4 years, and 5372 valid data were obtained.The Chinese College Student Mental Health Screening Scale(CSMHSS) was used for follow-up investigation, and the latent mixed growth model(LGMM) was used for data analysis.Results:The results of single-factor repeated measures analysis of variance showed that the main effect of the measurement time of college students’ self-injury behavior was statistically significant(F=83.571,P<0.001),with the highest average score in the freshman stage and the average score in the fourth stage lowest.LGMM results showed that the development trajectory of college students’ self-injury behavior could be divided into two types, namely the remission group(91.3%) and the aggravation group(8.7%).At the same time, the development trajectory of college students’ self-injury behavior had a significant gender effect, and the male students in the aggravation group were more(OR=1.56,95%CI:1.12-2.17).Conclusion:College students’ self-injury behavior has group heterogeneity and gender effect, and colleges should adopt different intervention strategies according to different categories.
