摘 要:针对轨道车辆制造中不等厚薄板的焊接质量和强度问题,文中运用专用焊接软件对SUS301L不等厚薄板点焊过程进行了仿真。在仿真结果与试验结果对比的基础上,以焊接电流、电极压力和焊接时间为变量,研究了三者对焊后等效应力的影响。通过熔核尺寸的对比,验证了仿真模型的可行性。研究结果表明,随着焊接电流和焊接时间的增大,焊后高应力区域均增大;随着电极压力的增大,焊后高应力区减小。该研究为SUS301L不等厚薄板点焊提供工艺参考,对轨道车辆生产制造有重要的工程意义。Aiming at the welding quality and strength of thin plates with unequal thickness in railway vehicle manufacturing,spot welding process of SUS301 L thin plates with unequal thickness was simulated by special welding software in this paper.Based on the comparison between the simulation results and the experimental results,effects of welding current,electrode pressure and welding time on the equivalent stress after welding were studied.The feasibility of the simulation model was verified by nugget size comparison.The result showed that the distribution of high stress zone after welding expanded with the increase of current and time,the high stress area decreased after welding with the increase of electrode pressure.This research provided process reference for spot welding of SUS301 L thin plates with unequal thickness and it was of great engineering significance in railway vehicle manufacturing.
