摘  要:首先,依据超声法检测技术在其应用原理上的进一步拓展,建立钢结构桥梁残余应力的超声检测系统,并对其关键性能指标进行检测试验;其次,利用超声法,盲孔法和X射线法对钢构件进行残余应力检测,通过对比表明3种方法的应力检测值趋势完全一致;最后,通过对某大桥的对接焊缝进行残余应力检测。结果表明超声检测系统可以较为准确地反映钢结构桥梁的残余应力。Based on a further developed application principle of ultrasonic detection technology,a ultrasonic detection system of residual stress in steel bridges is established and the key performance indexes are tested.The ultrasonic method,the blind hole method,and the X-ray method are then used to detect the residual stress in steel components.A comparison is made to show that the stress trends obtained by the three methods are similar.Finally,the residual stress in a butt-weld of a bridge is detected.The results show that the ultrasonic detection system can reflect the residual stress in the steel bridge.
