摘  要:以兰州植物园的20个月季品种一年生枝条为供试材料,测定了低温胁迫下的耐寒指标,利用灰色关联分析法得出各指标对抗寒性评价的影响程度,以各项指标的抗寒系数作为评价月季抗寒能力的指标,通过主成分分析法、隶属函数综合评价和聚类分析,将20个月季品种按抗寒性强弱划分成了5类,并进行了抗寒能力评价。结果表明:(1)低温胁迫下供试月季的枝条存活率(SR)和发芽率(GR)较对照平均下降了52.27%和33.57%,可溶性糖含量(SS)和可溶性蛋白含量(SP)较对照平均下降了54.73%和87.40%,相对电导率(RC)较对照平均上升了127.00%,丙二醛含量(MDA)变化规律不一致。(2)各指标中MDA含量对抗寒性评价的影响最大,其次为枝条发芽率和存活率,可溶性糖含量的影响最小。(3)从供试20个月季品种中筛选出抗寒性最强的为‘香魔’‘香妃’‘百老汇’,其次为‘赞歌’‘阿尔卑斯’和‘电子表’,这些品种适宜在寒冷地区引种栽培。In this study,the gray correlation analysis method was used to determine the effects of each index on the evaluation of cold resistance.The cold resistance coefficient of each index was used as an index to evaluate the cold resistance of Chinese rose.Through principal component analysis,subordinate function comprehensive evaluation and cluster analysis,20 Chinese rose cultivars were divided into 5 categories according to the cold resistance.The results were consistent with the morphological observation during the experiment.The results showed that:(1)The average shoot survival rate(SR)and germination rate(GR)of the 20 Chinese rose cultivars under low temperature stress decreased by 52.27%and 33.57%,respectively;the content of soluble sugar(SS)and soluble protein(SP)decreased by 54.73%and 87.40%,respectively;the relative conductivity(RC)increased by 127.00%;the malondialdehyde(MDA)content increased or decreased to varying degrees,indicating the difference in response to low temperature of various Chinese rose cultivars.(2)MDA content had the greatest influence on the evaluation of cold resistance,followed by the GR and SR;while the SS content had the least influence.(3)Among the 20 cultivars,Duftzaube',Xiangfei'and Broadway'had the strongest cold resistance,followed by Sanka',Alps'and Dianzibiao'.These Chinese rose cultivars should be suitable for introduction and cultivation in cold areas.The results of the study are beneficial to provide reference for the application of Chinese rose in the cold regions in China.
