温肺消胀方治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期肺肾两虚、饮瘀互结证临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察温肺消胀方治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期(肺肾两虚,饮瘀互结证)的临床疗效。方法将72例慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期(肺肾两虚,饮瘀互结证)患者,采用随机数表法分为治疗组和对照组,各36例。治疗组给予温肺消胀方中药汤剂口服治疗,对照组给予思力华(噻托溴铵粉吸入剂)吸入治疗。观察治疗前后患者CAT评分、6 min步行距离、呼吸困难指数、肺功能FEV_(1)% pred情况。结果与治疗前比较,2组治疗后患者CAT评分降低、6min步行距离增加、呼吸困难指数下降、肺功能FEV_(1)%pred增加(P<0.05),且治疗组改善效果明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论温肺消胀方治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期(肺肾两虚,饮瘀互结证)患者可温补肺肾,逐饮化瘀,改善患者呼吸困难症状,提高患者体适能。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Wenfei Xiaozhang Decoction in the treatment of a chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)(with the pattern of deficiency of both the lungs and kidneys,and intermingled fluid retention and blood stasis)in its stable phase.Methods A total of seventy-two patients with the disease were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group,with 36 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with Wenfei Xiaozhang Decoction,while the control group was given Silihua(a tiotropium bromide powder inhalant).The CAT score,6-minute walking distance,dyspnea index and FEV,%pred of pulmonary function of the two groups were observed before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the CAT scores of the patients in the two groups were decreased,while the 6-minute walking distances were increased,and the dyspnea indexes were decreased,while the levels of pulmonary function FEV,%pred were increased(P<0.05),and the improvement of all the above aspects in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Wenfei Xiaozhang Decoction can warmly invigorate the lungs and kidneys,expel the fluid retention and resolve the blood stasis,improve the dyspnea and physical fitness in patients with a chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in its stable stage.
