平喘固本膏联合穴位贴敷对支气管哮喘缓解期患者血清免疫因子及细胞因子的影响

摘　　要：目的观察平喘固本膏联合穴位贴敷对支气管哮喘缓解期患者生活质量、血EOS、IgE、VEGF、INF-γ以及 IL-4的影响。方法将100例支气管哮喘缓解期患者随机分为观察组与对照组,各50例。2组均予西医常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上予平喘固本膏联合穴位贴敷治疗,连续治疗2个疗程。观察患者ACT和AQLQ评分及血EOS、IgE、VEGF、INF-γ及 IL-4的水平变化,对比2组治疗效果。结果治疗后,观察组ACT和AQLQ评分较治疗前升高,且优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组血EOS和IgE的水平较治疗前升高,血清VEGF、INF-γ以及 IL-4水平较治疗前降低,结果均优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率为96.00%,高于对照组的84.00%(P<0.05)。结论平喘固本膏联合穴位贴敷治疗支气管哮喘缓解期患者,可通过降低和调节患者气道炎症指标与血清炎症指标(包括血EOS、IgE、VEGF、INF-γ及 IL-4的水平),达到改善患者生活质量的目的。Objective To observe the effects of Pingchuan Guben Ointment combined with a point application of Chinese herbs on the quality of life,levels of the blood EOS,IgE,VEGF,INF-γ and IL-4 in patients with a bronchial asthma in remission.Methods A total of the 100 patients with the disease were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with 50 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with a conventional western medicine for two consecutive courses,and the observation group was additionally treated with Pingchuan Guben Ointment combined with a point application.The changes in the ACT and AQLQ scores and in the levels of the blood EOS,IgE,VEGF,INF-γ and IL-4 in the two groups were observed,and the therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the ACT and AQLQ scores of the observation group were higher than before treatment,and were better than those of the control group (P<0.05).The blood EOS and IgE levels of the observation group were higher than before treatment,while the serum levels of the VEGF,INF-γ and IL-4 were lower,all significantly better than those of the control group (P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group (96.00%) was higher than that of the control group (84.00%) (P<0.05).Conclusion Pingchuan Guben Ointment combined with a point application is effective in the treatment of patients with a remitting bronchial asthma,and may improve the quality of life of patients by reducing and regulating the airway and serum inflammation indexes (including the blood EOS,IgE,VEGF,INF-γ and IL-4 levels).
