摘　　要：目的建立连花清瘟胶囊的质量评价方法,优化其定性鉴别标准。方法采用薄层色谱法对连花清瘟胶囊中广藿香、板蓝根、红景天、绵马贯众、炒苦杏仁五味药进行定性鉴别研究。结果经本实验优化后的薄层色谱法简便、准确、可靠,且斑点清晰,专属性强,阴性对照无干扰。结论所优化的方法重现性好,可全面有效的控制连花清瘟胶囊的质量,为该药品质量标准提供依据和参考,为进一步深入研究奠定基础。Objective To establish a quality evaluation method for Lianhua Qingwen Capsules and optimize its qualitative identification standard.Methods The five herbs of cablin patchouli herb,isatis root,rose-boot,male fern rhizome and fried bitter apricot seed in Lianhua Qingwen Capsules were qualitatively identified by the thin layer chromatography(TLC).Results The thin layer chromatography optimized in this experiment is simple,accurate and reliable,showing the same color spots at the same position,along with the clarity,strong specificity,and no interference from the negative control.Conclusion The optimized method has good reproducibility and can comprehensively and effectively control the quality of Lianhua Qingwen Capsules,providing a basis and reference for the quality standard of the drug,and laying a foundation for its further in-depth research.
