摘　　要：随着全球海洋局势的复杂化和世界格局的多元化,海洋问题在当今时代彰显出深刻的战略意义,相关问题亟需深入的探讨与总结。在南京大学中国南海研究协同创新中心主办的2021年度"南海论坛"上,与会专家围绕中美战略竞争背景下南海形势评估、海洋命运共同体理念与规则建设、中国周边涉海形势挑战与研判等议题进行了深入讨论。如何在中美战略竞争大背景下应对亚太海洋安全新形势,如何推进海洋命运共同体的构建,需要冷静思考和扎实作为。"南海论坛"旨在为相关涉海热点问题提供高质量的研究、对话和交流平台,积极促进南海研究的发展。With the complexity of the global maritime situation and the diversification of the world pattern,maritime issues show strategic significance in the current era,and relevant issues need an in-depth discussion and summary.At the 2021“South China Sea Forum”hosted by the Collaborative Innovation Center for the South China Sea Studies of Nanjing University,the participating experts had deep-going discussions on related topics.Under the background of US China strategic competition,topics such as‘how to deal with the new situation of maritime security in the Asia Pacific’,‘the construction of a maritime community with shared future’need calm thinking and solid action.The South China Sea Forum aims to provide a high-quality research,dialogue and exchange platform for relevant sea related hotspot issues,and actively promote the development of research in the South China Sea.
