摘  要:巴基斯坦卡洛特水电站采用引水式地面厂房,共安装4台、单机容量为180 MW的混流式水轮发电机组。厂房蜗壳及发电机层二期混凝土高程为377~398.5 m,总浇筑层高21.5 m,单台机蜗壳为36节,二期混凝土浇筑量为6500 m^(3),钢筋650 t。介绍了施工中对分层高度、入仓方式、监测方法进行的创新优化,实现了安全、优质、快速施工,为机组提前安装创造了条件,为工程按期发电奠定了坚实基础。Karot Hydropower Station in Pakistan adopts the diversion-type ground powerhouse with 4 sets of Francis turbine-generator unit,and the capacity for each unit is 180MW.The total height of secondary concrete pouring for spiral casing and generator layer with elevation of 377~398.5 m is 21.5 m.Thereinto,each unit is with 36 sections of spiral casing,6500 m^(3) secondary concrete and 650t steel bar.This paper introduces the innovation and optimization of the concrete layers,pouring and monitoring methods during construction which ensures the realization of safe,qualified and rapid construction,and creates conditions for early installation of units and as-scheduled generation of the power station.
