摘　　要：自然生态和历史文化整体保护的理念,是习近平一以贯之秉持的执政理念。习近平在继承发展马克思主义生态观和文化遗产观中,汲取了中国传统文化的生态智慧与当代西方文化生态学的精华,并根据时代和实践的发展,进行创新,进而提出自然生态和历史文化整体保护的理念。坚持继承与创新的统一、坚持保护和利用的统一是这一理念主要特征。这一理念在微观、中观和宏观层面,有不同的意义和价值,也是对世界文明可持续发展的重大贡献。The idea of natural ecology and integral protection of historical culture is one of the ideas in power adhered to by President Xi Jin-ping.In inheriting and developing Marxist ecological views and cultur⁃al heritage view,Xi Jin-ping absorbs the ecological wisdom in China’s traditional culture and the essence of current western cultural ecology,makes bold innovation according to the development of the times and prac⁃tice,and then puts forward this idea.The main characteristics of this concept are to adhere to the unity of in⁃heritance and innovation and to the unity of protection and utilization.This concept has different meanings and values at the micro,medium and macro levels,and is also a major contribution to the sustainable devel⁃opment of world civilization.
