摘　　要：“双高”计划提出高职院校要培养高素质的技术技能人才以适应当今社会经济发展的需要,这就要求高职院校的人才培养要与之相适应。分类考试招生的生源具有较强的特殊性并在高职院校生源中占的比重越来越大,其在德育、技术技能以及教育团队等方面的培养也应在“双高”建设下有新的调整。According to the proposition of the“double high-level”plan,higher vocational colleges should cultivate high-quality technical talents to meet the needs of today’s social and economic develop⁃ment,which requires the colleges to adapt to the training of talents.The source of students enrolled by classi⁃fied examination has strong particularity and accounts for an increasing proportion in higher vocational col⁃leges.There will also be new adjustments in the training of moral education,technical skills and educational teams under the“double high-level”construction.
