新疆某高校大学生血脂异常分布情况调查分析

摘　　要：目的调查新疆大学生人群中血脂异常分布情况,并比较男生与女生的血脂水平及血脂异常的检出率差异,同时分析影响大学生BMI的相关因素。方法收集2019年8月-2019年9月新疆医科大学大学生空腹血液标本4087例,在新疆医科大学第一附属医院医学检验中心进行生化指标检测,生化指标主要包括血脂指标如总胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白、高密度脂蛋白等。使用spss23.0软件对数据进行统计学分析处理,以P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果在4087名大学生中:男性血脂异常、高TG血症、高LDL-C血症、低HDL-C血症检出率明显高于女性;差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。男性高TC血症检出率与女性相比,两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。应用多元线性回归进一步分析发现年龄,甘油三酯,低密度脂蛋白和高密度脂蛋白是影响男性大学生BMI的相关因素;高密度脂蛋白和甘油三酯是影响女性大学生BMI的相关因素。结论新疆大学生人群男性甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白、BMI水平均高于女性,男性高密度脂蛋白水平低于女性;男性血脂异常检出率、高TG血症、高LDL血症、低HDL-C血症检出率明显高于女性。年龄、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白和高密度脂蛋白是影响男性大学生BMI的相关因素,高密度脂蛋白和甘油三酯是影响女性大学生BMI的相关因素。Objective To investigate the blood lipids of male and female among Xinjiang college students,to compare the blood lipid levels and the detection rate of abnormal blood lipids between male and female.At the same time,to analyze the factors that affect the BMI of college students.Methods From August 2019 to September 2019,fasting blood samples of 4087 students in Xinjiang medical university were collected,and biochemical indicators were tested at the medical laboratory center of the first affiliated hospital of Xinjiang medical university.The biochemical indicators mainly include blood lipid indicators such as total Cholesterol,triglycerides,low-density lipoprotein,high-density lipoprotein.Spss 23.0 software was used for statistical analysis and processing of the data,and P<0.05 was considered as statistically significant.Results Among 4087 college students,the detection rates of male dyslipidemia,hypertriglyceridemia,high LDL-Cemia,and low HDL-Cemia was significantly higher than those of females,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups in the detection rate of hyperTCemia in men and women(P>0.05).Further multiple linear regression analysis found that age,triglycerides,low-density lipoprotein and high-density lipoprotein were related factors affecting BMI of male college students.High-density lipoprotein and triglycerides were related factors affecting BMI of female college students.Conclusion The triglyceride,low-density lipoprotein,and BMI levels of male college students are higher than those in female.Male high-density lipoprotein levels are lower than that of females.At the same time,the detection rate of male dyslipidemia,hypertriglyceridemia,high LDLemia,and low HDL-Cemia are also significantly higher than that of females.Age,triglycerides,low-density liporotein and high-density lipoprotern are related factors that affect BMI of male college students.High-density lipoprotein and triglycerides are related factors that affect BMI of fema
