摘 要:目的分析中山市科瓦利斯沙门氏菌的耐药特征及分子分型情况,了解该血清型沙门氏菌的流行趋势,为本地区食源性疾病防控工作的开展提供可靠依据。方法参照GB4789.4—2016《食品安全国家标准食品微生物学检验沙门氏菌检验》对样本进行分离培养、生化及血清学鉴定;采用最小抑菌浓度(MIC)法进行14种抗菌药物敏感试验;运用PCR法进行耐药基因检测;通过脉冲场凝胶电泳(PFGE)进行分子分型,分析菌株之间的相关性。结果药敏试验显示,25株科瓦利斯沙门氏菌对14种抗生素耐药率最高的是四环素的68.00%和氯霉素的60.00%;对14种抗生素的耐药谱有12种,其中以同时耐四环素、氯霉素的菌株最多,占28.00%;对3种及以上药物耐药的菌株有8株,占32.00%。25株科瓦利斯沙门氏菌共分成23个PFGE型别。4种耐药基因BlaTEM、BlaOXA、BlaCTX、BlaSHV携带率分别为92.00%、4.00%、4.00%、0.00%。结论2012—2020年中山市科瓦利斯沙门氏菌检出数量呈现增长趋势,病例呈散发特征。菌株多重耐药率较低,但普遍携带耐药基因,今后仍需密切关注该血清型沙门氏菌的耐药和流行趋势。Objective To analyze the characteristics of antibiotic resistance and molecular typing of Salmonella Corvallis in Zhongshan so as to understand its epidemiological trends and to provide a scientific reference for the prevention and control of food-borne diseases.Methods According to GB 4789.4-2016 National Food Safety Standard-Food Microbiological Examination-Test of Salmonella,the Salmonella was isolated and cultured,and biochemical and serological identifications were conducted.Susceptibilities of the Salmonella isolates to 14 kinds of antibiotics were detected by minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC)method,drug-resistant genes were detected by PCR,and the association of the strains was analyzed via pulsed field gel electrophoresis(PFGE)molecular typing.Results 25 strains of Salmonella Corvallis had the highest resistance rate to tetracycline and chloramphenicol,with the rates of 68.00%and 60.00%respectively.Among the 14 kinds of antibiotics,12 resistance patterns were found,most of which were resistant to tetracycline and chloramphenicol,taking up 28.00%.8 strains were resistant to three or more drugs,taking up 32.00%.25 strains of Salmonella Corvallis were divided into 23 PFGE types.And the carrying rates of BlaTEM,BlaOXA,BlaCTX and BlaSHV were 92.00%,4.00%,4.00%and 0.00%respectively.Conclusion The quantity of Salmonella Corvallis detected in Zhongshan from 2012 to 2020 is increasing,with emission characteristics among the cases.Multiple antibiotic resistance rate of the strains is low,but resistance genes are universal.Strict monitoring of the antibiotic resistance and epidemiological trends of Salmonella Corvallis is required.
