摘　　要：目的探索建立江西省疾病预防控制机构科研创新能力评价指标体系。方法采用文献查阅法、德尔菲法、专家评议法和经典层次分析法,构建江西省疾病预防控制机构科研创新能力评价指标体系,明确指标的权重系数。结果建立了一级指标(3个),二级指标(7个),三级指标(35个)组成的评价指标体系。分别按市级、县级疾控机构进行了各级指标的权重赋值。结论构建的指标体系符合江西省疾病预防控制机构的职责定位,为科研创新能力评价提供了量化工具,可指导机构加强科研管理、助力提升科研能力。专家对各级指标的意见趋于一致,构建的指标体系真实可靠。Objective To explore the establishment of the evaluation indexes system for the innovation in scientific research of disease prevention and control institutions in Jiangxi Province.Methods Literature review method,Delphi method,expert review method,and classic analytic hierarchy process,have been applied to construct the evaluation index system of the innovation in scientific research of Jiangxi provincial disease prevention and control institutions and to clarify the weight coefficient of the indexes.Results We have established a three-level index including the first-level indicators(3),the second-level indicators(7),and the third-level indicators(35).The weight assignment of these indicators was carried out among the municipal and county levels respectively.Conclusion The index system constructed in this article combined the responsibilities of the Jiangxi provincial disease prevention and control institutions to provide a quantitative tool for the evaluation of scientific research innovation capabilities,which can guide the institutions to strengthen scientific research management and enhance scientific research innovation capabilities.The opinions of the experts for all-level indicators tend to be unanimous,and the indicator system constructed in the article is reliable.
