摘  要:紧邻地铁超深基坑底部岩石有构造破碎带时,会造成施工困难。通过采用相邻孔水泥浆+水玻璃交替式灌浆的方法对基岩灌浆,提高了基底帷幕的抗渗性和整体性,改善了地基条件。结合地铁侧土体抬动实时自动监测技术、全自动全天候地铁隧道监测技术,既克服了以往灌注浆液单一、灌浆管径小、浆液凝固时间长、易串孔、灌浆料流失严重等问题,又保证了地铁运行线隧道结构的安全,提高了施工工效,节约了工期,具有较好的社会和经济效益。When there is a tectonic fracture zone in the rock near the bottom of the subway ultra deep foundation pit,it will cause construction difficulties.The alternative grouting method of adjacent hole cement slurry+sodium silicate slurry is adopted to grout the bedrock,which improves the impermeability and integrity of the base curtain and improves the foundation conditions.Combined with the real-time automatic monitoring technology of soil lifting on the subway side and the full-automatic all-weather subway tunnel monitoring technology,this method not only overcomes the problems of single grouting slurry,small grouting pipe diameter,long slurry setting time,easy channeling and serious loss of grouting materials,but also ensures the safety of the tunnel structure of the subway operation line,greatly improves the construction efficiency and saves the construction period.It has great social and economic benefits.
