摘　　要：大型微电子生产厂房主体结构通常采用多层钢筋混凝土框架结构,屋盖多采用大跨度重型钢桁架体系,其钢屋盖安装条件较普通厂房复杂。结合某大型微电子生产厂房项目,研究采用了主体结构逆序施工的总体施工流程,并对逆序施工工况下钢结构屋盖的关键安装技术进行了研究。总结的经验可为类似工程提供参考。The main structure of large microelectronics production plant usually adopts multi-storey reinforced concrete frame structure,and the roof mostly adopts large-span heavy-duty steel truss system.The installation conditions of its steel roof are more complex than those of ordinary plant.Combined with a large microelectronics production plant project,the overall construction process of reverse construction of main structure is studied,and the key installation technology of steel structure roof under reverse construction condition is studied.The experience summarized can provide reference for similar projects.
