摘　　要：为了提高等厚水泥土地下连续钢墙锁扣型钢快速插放及机械化连接水平,研发设计了一系列水泥土地下连续钢墙定位导向、连续下放、临时搁置及调节固定等配套机具,以实现现场锁扣型钢快速下放施工。通过在上海浦东国际机场三期配套工程浦东机场站试槽段试验施工,检验了配套机具的现场可操作性和便捷性,实现了连续锁扣型钢插放的高效率装配施工和高精度的定位及垂直度质量控制,可为今后类似工程提供借鉴。To improve the rapid insertion and mechanized connection of lock inserted section steel of underground continuous steel wall of equal thickness cement land,a series of supporting machines and tools such as positioning and guidance,continuous lowering,temporary shelving,adjustment and fixation of underground continuous steel wall of equal thickness cement soil are developed and designed to realize the rapid lowering construction of lock inserted section steel on site.Through the test construction in the test slot section of Pudong Airport Station of phaseⅢsupporting project of Shanghai Pudong International Airport,the onsite operability and convenience of supporting machines and tools are tested,and the high-efficiency assembly construction of continuous lock inserted section steel insertion and high-precision positioning and verticality quality control are realized,which can provide reference for similar projects in the future.
