摘  要:鉴于目前针对顶管管节张开量的研究较少,以某工程为研究对象,采用数值模拟软件分析F型钢承口矩形顶管在不均匀土体沉降作用下的接口-钢壳滑移量、接口处管节变形以及接口张开量。模拟结果表明:管节张开量主要与土体最大沉降值有关;管节对纵向荷载的响应程度直接影响接头处张开量大小;通过对不同沉降量下管节张开量进行研究,当顶管下方土体不均匀沉降最大值达到2 cm时,管节的张开会带来渗漏水风险。同时揭示了管节接口张开量在底板上的分布规律:接口张开量呈中间小、两侧大的分布状态,提出应注重管节两侧的防水设置。In view of the lack of research on the opening quantity of pipe jacking joint at present,taking a project as the research object,the numerical simulation software is used to analyze the slip between interface and steel shell,pipe joint deformation at the interface and interface opening quantity of F-shaped steel socket rectangular pipe jacking under the action of nonuniform soil settlement.The simulation results show that the opening quantity of pipe joint is mainly related to the maximum settlement of soil;the response of pipe joint to longitudinal load directly affects the opening quantity of joint;by studying the opening of pipe joint under different settlement,when the maximum uneven settlement of soil under pipe jacking reaches 2 cm,the opening of pipe joint will bring the risk of water leakage.At the same time,the distribution law of pipe joint opening quantity on the bottom plate is revealed:the opening quantity of the interface is small in the middle and large on both sides.It is proposed that attention should be paid to the waterproof setting on both sides of the pipe joint.
