摘 要:根据验潮仪检定和校准的需求,提出一种基于图像识别的验潮仪检定装置。该装置建立了潮汐水位与图像识别的内在关联,由水塔系统、给排水系统、随动伺服系统、中心控制系统以及软件系统等构成,在闭环控制下实现潮汐水位变化图像识别,精确检测到透明管水基线与铟钢尺刻线读值,并可以模拟仿真半日潮和全日潮变化规律,具备手动、自动和手机APP远程控制的功能。最后,对该装置的计量特性进行了分析和评价。结果表明,该装置能较好满足浮子式验潮仪、声学验潮仪和压力验潮仪的检定和校准需求,具有较高的实用价值。According to the verification and calibration requirements of tide gauge,a tide gauge verification device based on image recognition is proposed. The device establishes the internal correlation between tidal water-level and image recognition,and is composed of water tower system,water supply and drainage system,servo system,central control system and software system,the device realizes the image recognition of tidal water-level changes under closed-loop control,accurately detect the reading value of transparent pipe water-base line and indium steel ruler tick mark,and can simulate the semidiurnal tide and diurnal tide variation rules. It has manual,automatic and mobile APP remote control function. Finally,this thesis analyzes and evaluates the measurement characteristics of the device. The results show that the device can meet the verification and calibration requirements of float-type tide gauge,acoustic tide gauge and pressure tide gauge,and has high practical value.
