摘　　要：国医大师韦贵康教授认为脊柱与督脉密切相关,两者在脊柱相关疾病中相互影响,凝练提出"脊督一体论"的学术观点。从"六通论"的以通为用、注重脏腑功能的脊督协辨、柔筋在先的柔筋正骨、手法为主兼用中药内治的治养结合四个方面具体阐释"脊督一体论"的临床运用。并附验案1则。Professor Wei Guikang,a national Chinese medicine master,believes that the spine is closely related to the Governor Vessel(GV),and that the two affect each other in spine-related diseases.Therefore,he refined his academic viewpoint and proposed the “spine-GV integration theory”.Professor Wei explains the clinical application of the“spine-GV integration theory”from four aspects:taking unblocking as the manifestation of normal functions based on the “theory of six unblockings”,the synergistic identification of the spine and GV which focuses on the function of internal organs,softening tendons and setting bones with the priority of softening tendons,the treatment and nourishment integrated method with the major role of external manipulation and supplementary role of internal administration of Chinese medicine.One proven case is presented.
