摘 要:冰糖草在世界各地作为传统药物被广泛使用。冰糖草中的二萜类成分结构独特,Labdane和Scopadulane型二萜为其主要成分,具有抗糖尿病、抗病毒、抗疟疾等多种生物活性。对冰糖草中的二萜类化合物的发现、合成和药理作用进行综述,旨在为其进一步开发利用提供参考。Scoparia dulcis L. is an important traditional medicine used worldwide to treat many diseases. Previous investigation on chemical constituents of Scoparia dulcis L. revealed that the diterpenoids in the plant are unique in structure, with Labdane and Scopadulane diterpenoids being the main components, which have a variety of biological activities such as anti-diabetes, anti-virus and anti-malaria..The discovery, synthesis and pharmacological activities of diterpenoids in Scoparia dulcis L. were reviewed in this article, so as to provide reference for further utilization of Scoparia dulcis L.
