摘 要:高压空压机是舰船重要的辅助设备,随着海军装备的快速发展,40 MPa高压气源需求日趋增大。针对传统空压机控制自动化程度低,本文介绍了可编程控制器PLC应用于40 MPa船用高压空压机的设计方法。设计了西门子S7-200系列PLC和TD 400C文本显示界面的自动控制系统,通过软启动器启动空压机,通过RJ45接口将参数上传至远程监控台;通过PLC采集各监测点数据,控制设备自动运行;同时利用文本显示器实现监控界面与PLC之间的数据共享,实现更好的人机交互,高压空压机工作稳定性和可靠性都得到了极大的提高,操作环境得到了改善。High pressure air compressor is an important auxiliary equipment of warship.With the rapid development of naval equipment,the demand of 40MPa high pressure gas source is increasing day by day.In view of the low automation of traditional air compressor control,this paper introduces the design method of PLC applied to 40MPa marine air compressor.The automatic control system of Siemens S7-200 PLC and TD 400C text display interface is designed.The air compressor is started by soft starter,and the parameters are uploaded to the remote monitoring station through RJ45 interface.The data of each monitoring point are collected by PLC and the equipment is automatically operated.And the text display is used to realize the data sharing between the monitoring interface and PLC,and to realize better human-computer interaction.The stability and reliability of the high-pressure air compressor are greatly improved,and the operating environment has been improved.
