摘　　要：以某海洋平台低压气回收用两级串联螺杆式天然气压缩机调试中二级入口压力与一级出口压力存在较大偏离为切入点,综合考虑管道部件和现场实际工艺参数的影响,通过数据分析和现场拆检排查,调整单向阀开启压力,优化级间参数设定以及电机转速变频控制与回流调节阀控制的匹配方式,消除压力偏离,简化机组操作步骤,使机组运行安全稳定。对同类型两级变频螺杆压缩机串联的设备选型、级间压力设定和工艺控制方案提供有效借鉴。In the commissioning of a two-stage screw natural gas compressor used for low-pressure gas recovery on an offshore platform,there is a great deviation between the second-stage inlet pressure and the first-stage outlet pressure.The opening pressure of the check valve is adjusted through data analysis and on-site disassembly and troubleshooting by comprehensively considering the influence of pipeline components and field actual process parameters.The parameter setting between stages and the matching mode of motor speed frequency control and reflow regulator control are optimized,the pressure deviation is eliminated,the operation steps of the unit is simplified,which makes the unit run safely and stably.It provides an effective reference for equipment selection,pressure setting between stages and process control scheme of the same type of two-stage inverter screw compressor in series.
