摘  要:本文采用化学改性法,制备了一系列丙烯酸接枝环氧树脂。利用改性产物各组分在无水乙醇与环己烷复配溶剂中的溶解度差异,对产物进行了分离,并通过红外光谱仪(FT-IR)、差示扫描量热仪(DSC)对其各组分进行了表征,得到了一种测量丙烯酸接枝环氧共聚物接枝率的方法,并探究了环氧树脂与丙烯酸质量比、过氧化二苯甲酰(BPO)用量、环氧树脂分子量等对接枝率的影响。A graft epoxy resin of acrylic acid was prepared by chemical modification.The solubility difference of each component of the modified product in anhydrous ethanol and cyclohexane compound solvent was used to separate the product,and its components were characterized by FT-IR and DSC.A method for measuring the graft rate of acrylic monomer copolymer was obtained.The effects of mass ratio of epoxy resin to acrylic resin,BPO dosage and molecular weight of epoxy resin on the grafting ratio were investigated.
