摘　　要：记录与设置在纪录片栏目创作中是一种辩证关系,也是将真实性与故事性有效结合的创作思路。叙事学中的叙事视角、叙事语言和叙事结构犹如一档纪录片栏目的“眼眸”“情感”“骨架”,是决定栏目叙事效果的必要元素。在海南建设自由贸易港之际,《海南岛纪事》紧扣时代脉搏,以海岛小人物和典型事件为着眼点,以电视纪录片为主要表现形态,着力建构出海南自然、健康、向上的新传播形象。Recording and setting is a dialectical relationship when creating the documentary program,and it is also an inspiring idea that combines authenticity and narrative effectively.The perspective,language,and structure in narratology are like the“eyes”,“emotion”,and:framework,of a documentary program.It is a necessary element to determine the narrative effect of the column.As Hainan Province is pressing ahead with the construction of China(Hainan)Pilot Free Trade Zone and a free trade port with distinctive Chinese features.Hainan Island Chronicle closely follows the pulse of the times,which focuses on small figures and typical events on the island,takes TV documentaries as the main method,and makes efforts to construct a natural,healthy and new progressive image of Hainan.
