摘 要:以锰渣为原材料,加入调质剂制备了五组不同Fe_(2)O_(3)含量的矿棉调质料,对其熔体的高温黏度、高温电阻率、表面张力及冷却后的析晶行为进行研究,探究Fe_(2)O_(3)含量对SiO_(2)-Al_(2)O_(3)-CaO-MgO系统熔体性能的影响。研究结果表明,随着Fe_(2)O_(3)含量的增加,熔体的黏度逐渐降低,最佳成纤温度逐渐降低;在1180~1280℃之间,同一温度下调质料的高温电阻率先急剧降低,当温度达到一定值后,电阻率的变化趋于平缓;调质料样品的表面张力呈降低趋势。熔体在最佳成纤温度范围内呈玻璃态,未出现明显析晶。Using manganese slag as raw material,the mineral wool was prepared by adding five sets of minerals with different Fe_(2)O_(3) content.The high-temperature viscosity,high-temperature resistivity,surface tension and crystallization behavior during cooling process were studied in the present paper.The purpose of this work is to investigate the influence of Fe_(2)O_(3) on the melt performance of SiO_(2)-Al_(2)O_(3)-CaO-MgO glass,and provide theoretical guidance for the preparation of mineral wool by using manganese slag as a raw material.The results show that with the increase of Fe_(2)O_(3) content,the viscosity of the melt gradually decreases,and the optimum fiber-forming temperature gradually decreases;with the range of 1180~1280℃,the high temperature resistivity at the same temperature decreases sharply,and after the temperature reaches a certain value,the change of resistivity tends to be gentle;the surface tension of the sample shows a decreasing trend.The melt is always in glassy phase without devitrification within the range of optimal fiber forming temperature.
