烧结煤矸石自保温砌块砌体弯曲抗拉性能试验研究

摘　　要：烧结煤矸石自保温砌块是一种自重轻、保温性能好的节能型墙体材料,为了研究烧结煤矸石自保温砌块砌体的力学性能,基于抗压和抗剪的基础上,文中对烧结煤矸石自保温砌块砌体4组共24个试件的弯曲抗拉性能进行试验研究,分析了沿通缝截面和沿齿缝截面的弯曲抗拉的破坏性能。结果表明:沿通缝截面和沿齿缝截面的弯曲抗拉强度试验发生脆性破坏,破坏前都毫无征兆;沿通缝截面的弯曲破坏试验,沿通缝整齐断裂;沿齿缝截面的弯曲抗拉破坏形成齿状断开和砌块的斜向受拉而破坏;烧结煤矸石自保温砌块砌体的沿通缝截面和沿齿缝截面的弯曲抗拉破坏试验值小于规范计算值,并对其进行拟合,提出建议公式,为该材料的进一步研究提供依据和编制相关规范提供理论基础。Sintered coal gangue self-insulating block is an energy-saving wall material with light weight and good insulation performance.In order to study the mechanical properties of sintered coal gangue self-insulating block,it is based on compression and shear resistance,In this experiment,the flexural tensile properties of four groups of a total of 24 specimens of sintered coal gangue self-insulating block masonry are tested and studied.The failure properties of bending tensile along the through section and along the tooth section are analyzed.The results show that brittle failure occurs the flexural tensile strength test along the joint tensile section and along the tooth joint section.There are no signs before.The flexural failure test along the section of the joint is neatly broken at the joint.The flexural tensile failure along the section of the tooth gap forms a tooth-like break and the oblique deformation of the block in the test piece is broken;the bending resistance of the sintered coal gangue self-insulating block masonry along the joint section and the section along the tooth gap,the tensile failure test value is smaller than the normative calculation value,and it is fitted,and the proposed formula is proposed,which provide a basis for further research of the material and to provide a theoretical basis for the preparation of relevant specifications.
