摘  要:以某跨江桥北岸互通匝道桥为例,采用超声检测,X射线检测,磁粉检测三种不同的无损检测方法对钢结构桥梁焊接部位进行检测,依据不同的无损检测结果对钢结构桥梁焊缝进行综合评价,以对工程施工过程中的质量进行把控。实践证明,采用多种无损检测技术方法进行检测,在工程施工过程中对质量控制具有实用价值。Taking an interchange ramp bridge on the North Bank of a river crossing bridge as an example,three different nondestructive testing methods,ultrasonic testing,X-ray testing and magnetic particle testing,are used to detect the welding parts of steel structure bridges.The welds of steel structure bridges are comprehensively evaluated according to different nondestructive testing results,so as to control the quality in the process of engineering construction.Practice has proved that a variety of nondestructive testing techniques and methods are used in the project,which has practical value for quality control in the process of project construction.
