摘  要:采用低应变法、钻芯法、孔内摄像法对某工程抗压承载力不满足设计要求的端承型大直径灌注桩进行质量检测,发现桩底混凝土存在严重缺陷且桩端未进入设计要求的持力层。结合工程场地内复杂地质情况以及灌注桩施工工艺,对导致成桩质量异常的原因进行了分析,并对后续施工提出了改进建议。Testing the construction quality of a large-diameter end-bearing cast-in-situ pile which compressive bearing capacity cannot reach design requirement by low-strain integrity test,core drilling and hole imaging,it was found that the bottom of the pile had not entered the bearing stratum the design required,and there was a serious concrete defect at the bottom of the pile.Taking the complicated geological condition and construction technology of cast-in-situ pile into consideration,the factors attributing to construction defect were analysed,and construction improvement measures were suggested.
