摘  要:单桩承台式塔机深基础施工技术具有技术先进、施工方便、经济性较好的优点,文中结合实例,为验证单桩承台式基础在塔机最不利荷载下的基顶位移和转角能否满足设计要求,进行了分析计算,结果表明:单桩承台式深基础在塔机最不利荷载状态的作用下位移很小,满足规范规定;桩基竖向承载力和抗倾覆稳定性符合规范;塔机采用单桩承台桩基础具有较强的经济性,减少材料用量;单桩承台式塔机深基础具有技术先进、工艺简单、施工方便、创新性的优点。The deep foundation construction technology of single pile supported tower crane has the advantages of advanced technology,convenient construction and good economy.Combined with an example,this paper analyzes and calculates whether the foundation top displacement and rotation angle of single pile supported tower crane foundation under the most unfavorable load of tower crane can meet the design requirements,The results show that the displacement of single pile cap deep foundation under the most unfavorable load state of tower crane is very small,which meets the provisions of the code;The vertical bearing capacity and anti overturning stability of pile foundation meet the specifications;The tower crane adopts single pile cap pile foundation,which has strong economy and reduces the consumption of materials;The deep foundation of single pile supported tower crane has the advantages of advanced technology,simple process,convenient construction and innovation.
