摘　　要：国内既有住宅老龄化问题成为常态,完善小区配套、提升既有住宅居民幸福感与获得感是我国社会现阶段应关注的问题。文中根据既有住宅加装电梯的现状,分析了项目实施中的问题和原因,并从项目实施的全过程视角探析实现路径。The existing residential buildings in China have lagged behind the living needs of the current people.It is an issue that should be paid attention to to improve the supporting facilities of residential areas and enhance the sense of happiness and gain of existing residential residents.According to the present situation of adding elevators in existing houses,this paper analyzes the problems and reasons in the implementation of the project,and explores the realization path from the perspective of the whole process of the project implementation.
