摘  要:伴随着工业4.0时代的到来,传统的高校思想政治教育方法暴露出协同不足、联动不够、组织失调等问题,协同发展创新成为高校思想政治教育改革的内在要求和必然趋势。文章运用协同学理论和工业4.0技术优势,推动新时代高校"三圈三全"育人格局的协同构建,从"非平衡"的角度分析其面临的理念不合、主体分化、平台分散、机制脱节等问题,找准高校思政教育协同系统演变的"序参量",把握其"相变过程",构建"理念有机互融、队伍多元互动、平台聚合互联、机制立体互通"的协同育人路径。With the advent of industry 4.0 era, the traditional methods of ideological and political education in colleges and universities have shown some problems, such as insufficient coordination, insufficient linkage, organizational imbalance and so on. Collaborative development and innovation has become the inherent requirement and inevitable trend of Ideological and political education reform in Colleges and universities. This paper uses Synergetics Theory and industry 4.0 technology advantages to promote the collaborative construction of “three-circle and three-wide” education pattern in the new era. From the perspective of “non-equilibrium”, this paper analyzes the problems faced by it, such as concept incompatibility, subject differentiation, platform dispersion, mechanism disconnection and so on, finds out the “order parameters” of the evolution of the collaborative system of ideological and political education in colleges and universities, grasps its “phase transformation process”, and constructs the “concept has its own characteristics”. It is a collaborative optimization path of “machine integration, team multiple interaction, platform aggregation and interconnection, mechanism three-dimensional interoperability”.
