干煤棚网架高空散装扩拼法施工技术研究

摘　　要：结合某燃煤电站项目干煤棚的安装,对3种干煤棚网架安装方法进行了比较,确定采用高空散装扩拼法,并介绍了干煤棚网架高空散装扩拼法的工艺流程和关键技术。实践证明,所研究的施工方法在有效控制成本的基础上,可以使安装质量达到预期效果。Combined with the installation of dry coal shed of a coal-fired power station project,three methods for space grid installation of dry coal shed are compared.The high-altitude bulk expansion method is determined to adopt,and the process flow and key technology of high-altitude bulk expansion method for space grid of dry coal shed are introduced.It has been proved by practice that the proposed construction method can achieve the expected effect of the installation quality on the basis of effectively controlling the costs.
