通乳散配合节段式乳房按摩治疗产后乳房胀痛的效果及安全性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨通乳散配合节段式乳房按摩治疗产后乳房胀痛的效果及安全性。方法选取2018年12月~2020年12月淮安市妇幼保健院收治的120例产后乳房胀痛产妇,依据随机数表法将产妇分为观察组及对照组,60例对照组产妇行节段式乳房按摩,60例观察组产妇在对照组的基础上给予通乳散进行治疗,连续治疗3 d后,比较两组产妇乳房肿胀情况、泌乳量、血清炎性因子水平及治疗期间不良反应发生率。结果观察组治疗后乳房疼痛程度及乳房肿胀硬度均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组临床总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组产妇泌乳量高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组产妇治疗后白细胞介素-1α(IL-1α)、C-反应蛋白(CRP)及白细胞介素-6(IL-6)水平低于对照组(P<0.05);两组产妇不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论通乳散联合节段式按摩可有效缓解产妇乳房胀痛情况,提高临床疗效,降低产妇炎症反应程度,增加泌乳量,安全性较高。Objective To investigate the effect and safety of Tongru powder combined with segonal breast massage in the treatment of postpartum breast distension and pain.Methods A selection of 120 postpartum women with breast distension and pain admitted to Huai’an Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital from December 2018 to December 2020 were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,60 cases of control group received segonal breast massage,60 cases in the observation group were treated with Tongru powder on the basis of the control group.After continuous treatment for 3 days,breast swelling,lactation,serum inflammatory factor levels and the incidence of adverse reactions during the treatment period of the two groups of postpartum women were compared.Results After treatment,the degree of breast pain and the swelling hardness of breast in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).The total clinical effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05).The lactation amount of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of interleukin-1α(IL-1α),C-reactive protein(CRP)and interleukin-6(IL-6)in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of Tongru powder and segonal massage is beneficial to alleviate the postpartum breast pain,improve clinical efficacy,reduce the degree of maternal inflammatory reaction,increase milk production,and have high safety.
