摘 要:桥梁韧性评估对于描述桥梁在灾害状态下的恢复能力具有重要意义。从抵抗力和恢复力两大属性出发构建了8个包含社会因素在内的桥梁韧性指标,通过建筑信息模型(BIM)和地理信息模型(GIS)获取桥梁相应的数据用于量化指标分析,建立了桥梁韧性评估模型,采用熵权法-TOPSIS法对桥梁韧性进行全面综合的评估,并以三干渠大桥、东昌大桥、湖南路徒骇河大桥为例验证模型的有效性。结果表明3座桥梁的韧性等级均为二级,可以通过提出的模型来识别韧性不足,从而提出改进意见。该评估模型具有一定的实用性,可以准确找出薄弱环节,提出相应的提高韧性的措施。Bridge resilience assessment has a great significance for describing the resilience of bridges under disaster conditions.Eight bridge resilience indicators including social factors are constructed from the two attributes of resistance and resilience.Theevaluating data of the bridge is obtained through the building information model(BIM)and the geographic information system(GIS)for quantitative index analysis.A bridge resilience evaluation model is established and used with the entropy weight method-TOPSISto comprehensively evaluate the toughness of the bridge.The Sanganqu Bridge,Dongchang Bridge,and Tuhai River Bridge areselected to verify the effectiveness of the proposed model.The results show that the resilience grades of the three bridges are allGrade II.The deficiencies can be identified by the proposed model,and then the opinions to improve the resilience of the bridges canbe obtained.The evaluation model is practical in which the weakness can be accurately identified and the corresponding measures toimprove resilience can be put forward.
